Employee Compensation Strategy as Sustainable Competitive Advantage for HR Education Practitioners

By building on compensation literature, the current study explored and identified ties between workers’ competencies, corporate cultures, schemes. These schemes were typically subject of literature factors dealing with implementation incentive systems for pay performance (PFP) or problems that can lead to a PFP system’s failure. Unfortunately, when it comes research HR education practitioners may do, has been scarce. It shows which organizational elements might be necessary examine deciding whether an alternative program is acceptable. This aimed add insight into this gap in research. The findings showed from use data 385 American employees manufacturing industry there are significant relationships statistically employee competencies cultures those corroborated existing researches, suggesting related multiple types competence organizations different organization thus adding meaningfully literature.
